Showcasing the depth of his culinary talents, David worked as the Head Chef at the South Cross hotel for 18 years, a Prviate Chef for the King of Nauru, worked internationally in Hong Kong and London and has catered for functions of up to 800 guests. Highly regarded by his colleagues, David has catered for glittering occasions attended by Prince Charles and Princess Diana, Presidents and Prime ministers and celebrities. In addition to his 45 years experience and lauded talent, David has a green thumb, always growing his own herbs, spices and vegetables. His humor endears him to everyone, always with a joke up his sleeve - he is the fire in the kitchen! |

From function banqueting in Israel, owning a Melbourne based restaurant and working across Switzerland, Tony brings experience and culture to the kitchen.
